PRINT

Your portrait will be printed at my local print shop, and will be printed on 180g matte photo paper. You can order extra prints of your wonder package - You must add this as an extra to your order ( see further down the page ) -add an extra print to your cart.

DIGITAL FILE

Your surprise package will be sent via email, you will receive two different file formats PNG and PDF. The surprise package will be sent upon receipt of payment.

DELIVERY TIME

When you order a surprise package, there will be a little wait time, as your order must be drawn. We work one month at a time, and send portraits to the printer at the end of each month.

Example:

Order placed November 9th.
Your order will be signed.
Your order will be sent to the printer around November 30th.
The surprise package will be packed and sent in the mail at the beginning of the month, approximately 2-5 (December).

If you order in November, you will receive the surprise package in December. If you order in January, you will receive the surprise package in February.

SURPRISE PACKAGE
Your order will be drawn in a completely random, undetermined drawing style, a creative and different way of creating art. The result can be anything and as an extra challenge I will only take 1 hour.

As an artist, I make all the decisions and my artistic freedom determines the outcome of your surprise package.

Process and quality

Trine Lise Åsehaug is a Norwegian artist who has been drawing art posters for customers around Norway and abroad for the past 4 years.

The art prints are created digitally on an iPad and then printed on matte photo paper in 180g thickness.

Each poster is printed and cut on
order from our local printing house Hatlehols, Brattvåg. They are then rolled in tissue paper and packaged in cardboard tubes suitable for the various products.

Delivery time and shipping information

Orders (art prints and posters) shipped within 7-14 days.

Personal orders - (portraits, surprise packages, birth posters and special orders) are shipped within 14-30 days. They are delivered by mail at the beginning of each new month.

All orders:
Shipped as a Norwegian parcel with Posten, and has tracking. Delivery time by post is 3-7 days.
(The package must be picked up at your nearest pickup location, as it is too large for mailbox delivery).

Returns and exchanges

With us you can exchange or return items within 30 days.
(exceptions are personal and specially drawn portraits and posters that are made to order from you).

When it comes to art, you can test the pictures on the wall.
yours before a possible return, but we want to get them back in their original
condition so that someone else can enjoy them.
